Today I've learned that second guessing hurts me more than making the wrong decision.

Today I've learned I crave the answer to "why".

Today I've learned I can't always make people better.

Today I've learned I'm making up for lost time.

Today I've learned how stagnant I feel.

Everyday I learn something new about myself. Today I've learned I worry too much about who I'm supposed to be.

Today I've learned just how much value I put into booting and rallying.

Today I've learned how much improvement I can encounter in the face of sadness or anger.

Today I've learned just how bold I am when I let go of nerves.

Today I've learned how much determination is inside me.

Today, it's how much dedication I give to caring just to make it through a day.

I'm worrying too much. I might be running myself into the ground. And it's taking a toll on everything around me.

Something good is on it's way but I'm worried. I know the power of what-if and how it can negatively effect my spirit.

When life keeps hitting me, I feel like I'm not good enough. Rejection is hard for me because it's like someone is saying "Nah, I don't want you. You just...don't do it for me. But thanks for your uncomfortable offer."

With another friendship gone downhill, I'm wondering if I attract train wreck ass people and befriend them. If I do, it's no surprise these relationships crash and burn.

My swagger is unisex. Comfortable means one leg up and slightly open. Natural means combat boots, big sweaters and a high puff on my head. Sometimes I reach for a little something extra when I'm mad. All unladylike. All classic me.

My body betrays me when I'm stressed. My hair, my gorgeous curly hair is falling out. PMS is lasting longer than expected which means the headaches, cramps, back pain and general fatigue hasn't stopped.

I let loose and discovered things about myself that I was suppressing. But my insecurities are starting to circle over my head.

It’s the day before I let loose and I feel so tightly wound that I have a headache. I’m overthinking everyone’s words to me.
